Yes, we are pet-friendly and welcome up to 3 pets per household. Our pet policy includes: • $35 monthly pet rent per household • $300 refundable pet deposit per household • Breed restrictions may apply Please contact our leasing team for complete pet policy details.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
Our standard lease term is 12 months. We also offer short-term leases from 5–11 months. Short-term leases have an additional $400 per month charge and are not eligible for current specials.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
You can apply online at m2apartments.com by selecting “Apply.” The application fee is $69.45 per person age 18 and older. The application process includes a review of: • Rental history • Credit • Income • Criminal background
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes! Parking is available through ParkM. • Resident open-lot permits: $10 per car/month • Guest permits: $4 per car/night • Carports and garages are also available to rent
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Gas is included. Residents are responsible for: • Water • Sewer • Electric • Trash • Valet trash
Is the community gated or secured?
The community is not gated. However, our courtesy patrol company, Front Range Patrol, is available to residents 24/7.
